The burgeoning Chennai suburb of Tambaram is not far from Selaiyur. Selaiyur, which is situated on the Tambaram–Velachery Road, has grown mostly as a result of its proximity to Tambaram. Located southwest of Chennai, Selaiyur is near the IT corridors of the OMR, which house a number of sizable multinational corporations. The towns of Madambakkam, Rajakilpakkam, Sembakkam, Chitlapakkam, and Medavakkam are close by, as is the Tambaram/Camp Road. The main advantage of this location is that important places are not too far away, regardless of your direction of travel.  Tambaram’s enormous expansion is the pivotal factor responsible for Selaiyur’s growth and development, resulting in increased demand for residential units.
